Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@zylioa.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Please provide photos or proof of the defect/damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products. Once the issue is approved, we will provide instructions to send your item back and ship a replacement.

European Union Customers

For EU orders, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply, as refunds are only offered for defective or damaged items.
